An ACA health insurance network is the group of doctors, hospitals, and other providers that have contracted with the insurance company to provide services at negotiated rates. In-network care is covered at lower cost-sharing. Out-of-network care may be covered at higher cost-sharing or not covered at all (except for emergencies).
