Supplemental Health
What is accident insurance?
Accident insurance pays cash benefits for injuries caused by accidents — regardless of your health insurance. Benefits are paid for: emergency room visits, hospitalizations, fractures, dislocations, lacerations, burns, concussions, and more. The cash is paid directly to you and can be used for anything: your deductible, your mortgage, your family's expenses. Accident insurance is particularly valuable for active people, families with children, and people with high-deductible health plans. Typically costs $15–$30/month for an individual.
