Licensing & Certification

All Patriot Plans agents hold active state insurance licenses and complete annual Medicare certification requirements, including CMS-mandated training and carrier-specific certifications. Our agents are licensed in multiple states and are contracted with all major Medicare Supplement carriers.

• Carrier-specific product and compliance certification (annual)
• State continuing education requirements (varies by state)
• AHIP Medicare certification (annual)

How We Are Compensated

Patriot Plans agents receive commissions from insurance carriers when a beneficiary enrolls in a plan. Commission rates are set by CMS and are equal across all carriers for Medicare Advantage plans. For Medicare Supplement plans, commissions vary by carrier but do not influence our recommendations - we always recommend the plan that best fits your needs and budget.
